Where are Participation Guidlines?

Where on Planet Earth have you hidden the Participation Guidelines !  Previously, Tony had them Pinned to the top of the Forum.  I think I've found a new issue to 'embrace' ...

I don't know if he can read this because I have Blocked him.  I'm replying to bjm_'s picture with an Arrow on it.  I did not notice the Arrow ... just a couple of TYPED words to communicate a simple answer would have saved me a LOT of back-and-forth when a simple answer ("It's in the Help Menu at the Top of the Page).  Would that have been SO HARD ... just a FEW words to assure accurate and proper communications?  This tendency for Gurus to merely Copy-Paste what the 'believe' to be Technical Support causes MORE problems than they solve,  I KNOW ... I've been coming here for years, and on SEVERAL occasions bjm_ has led me into CALAMITY from his Copy-Paste shoot-from-the-hip advise when my machine was my Life-Line and only contact with the 'Outside World'.  Yeah, your aspirations for BROWNIE-POINTS is going to get someone KILLED, if it hasn't already ... and bjm_ isn't the ONLY one, by far.

No, I mean where on your MASSIVE Pages can it be seen?  I looked and looked and could not find it.  Previously, Tony had it Pinned to the TOP of the Forum in plain view.  Is it that you prefer to use CENSORSHIP on an ad-hock basis?  Or, do you just like springing this on someone when it FEELS right and to embarrass them?  Inquiring minds want to know ...  - Art

The website belongs to Symantec, which has the right to control the content posted on its space.  You can always buy an online ad.

You never liked me and it STILL shows.  Don't bother posting a comment that does NOT answer a plain-and-simple question as it shows your obvious dislike of me personally and apparently an ongoing VENDETTA.  Oh, and don't bother responding to this with some vague, self-serving Company-Line BS.

I guess you, bjm_, and an Admin. that I recently corresponded with do not know the Definition of the word "Where", so I'll help you out as well ...

1. in or at what place?:  Where is he? Where do you live?  Where are they LOCATED?

I don't want you to send me a mere Link to a document, which bjm_ has already done ... and declined to respond when I clarified the DIFFERENCE between "What is" and "Where are".  I've also voiced my question to an Admin. that completely removed an entire Thread that I spent a great deal of time uploading.  With no specific explanation other than a generally VAGUE Policy Statement that CAN'T be found on the Main Community Page or the Forum Page.  I SPECIFICALLY looked for this Document prior to making any Posts.  I ALSO asked 2 looong-time Gurus that I have been acquainted with for many years, and they saw no problems with those pictures.  This practice of BIASED and SELECTIVE 'interpretation' is going to stop.

Now, if you have anything RELEVANT to add to my question, I welcome your response ... otherwise, LEAVE ME ALONE.  Get my 'drift'?  - Art

You guys/gals have gotten WAY out of hand with your 'perceived power', and THIS is going to change.  I've spent my entire career fixing 'things' and the people that break them, and making them better.  I think I've found a new 'issue' to embrace ...

Perhaps we have a 'language barrier' ... I know a couple others if that can be of help.

AGAIN ... I am aware of what it says ... especially the word "discretion".  I have read it several times.

WHAT I WANT TO KNOW is (FOR THE 6TH TIME):

Where is it actually LOCATED?  aka Where can I find it when looking (with my eyes) on the Main Community Page, the Main Forum Page, etc., JUST for SIMPLETONS LIKE ME that want to AVOID a problem BEFORE is occurs!  aka Where are the things in PLAIN SIGHT to be seen, like they WERE before.  Tony used to have them PROMINENTLY PINNED AT THE TOP OF THE FORUM PAGE.  I must assume, at this point, that "DISCRETIONARY" CENSORSHIP is 'Job Security' for your Admins. and without Users knowing these vaguely worded Policies are SOLELY up to SUBJECTIVE INTERPRETATION.

If you merely send me a LINK again, my friend.  I'm done with you.  You will be Blocked, so don't ever act like you're trying to help again as both of my hands are SEVERELY CRIPPLED and spending WAY TOO MUCH TIME battling the PERSISTENT circular logic via typing causes me GREAT PAIN, as well as a MASSIVE HEART ATTACK that disabled me 18 years ago ... and that's no BS.  So, if you WANT to inflict more physical pain upon me, and GOAD me into my FINAL heart attack, PLEASE, by all means, continue this line of 'Support'.  BTW, the 'crack' about 'buying an Ad' was asinine and insulting ... About the "buy an Ad" comment from SoJ.  Evidently he CAN pay attention to details ... when it suits him/her.  He noticed that I place "There has never been an Original Thought. (TM)" on all of the Graphics I make just for FUN.  LOL  I guess he didn't grasp the JOKE ... it's called "irony".  If you folks are going exercise 'life/death' (note the single quotes, please) decisions regarding FREE SPEECH, you better find someone QUALIFIED to do so.  So, I'm sorry to disappoint you on that score.  I'm not just another sleazeball trying to MAKE money from the Internet.  I made my money CREATING it ... when it WAS an "Original Thought".

One last question, SoJ ... since you're so 'dialed-in' to my 'issue' ...

After I Block you, and 'Copy&Paste' bjm_  (again), will it leave my requests for assistance open for someone else with better communication skills, knowledge, and no attitude?  Or am I destined to suffer ... at your will?

It appears that you typing skills almost rival your Copy-Paste skills when you take the time, however remiss in your first response ... resulting in confusion, a great waste of my time, and NEEDLESS ARGUMENT in the Forum !  At least it wasn't a Technical issue this time and you didn't ruin my System LIKE SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE.  In the future, bjm_ PLEASE refrain from 'helping' me.  We have a looong history and frankly I do nut trust your expertise as you never seem to care enough to EXPLAIN anything.  We come here for PERSONALIZED SUPPORT not an INDEX OF DOCUMENTS to wander through that are often confusing, inaccurate, and misleading.  EVERY time I have taken your advise over the years my system (and I) have greatly suffered.  Sorry, but your not getting a Solution Point for this even though that's what you seem to find most important in your 'support'.  I'm DONE with you, now BACK OFF and leave me alone before I make some phone calls.  Get my 'drift'?  - Art

Being a life-long Insomniac and ALWAYS true to my Word,  I took the time to read the few Threads you've cherry-picked and I think you've pretty much proved my point even with "The Best of bjm_".  LOL  It's unfortunate that you couldn't find all the one's that ran me in circles for days ... until some kind soles (and we know who we are) finally rescued the Thread ... time after time.  The best part is that I was still able to give Kudos to the one's I missed for providing pertinent, valid contributions after I had left and they continued to help others where you had miserably failed ... took your basketball and went home.  :-(  Besides those were all before the 'infamous PM' from you.   However, it's way-cool of you to point out the validity and interest that my Threads brought, you should dig-up some of the better one's, where you're not mucking things up.  Frankly, at this juncture I don't have the time to waste ... particularly in your case.  Now I'm gonna see if I can get my 4 hours in ... but I doubt it.  - Art  "Do not go gently into that good night."  (Are we done, yet?)
