You need the 25 position product key not a pin.

Are you by chance an Xfinity / Comcast customer?

There is no where in the Mobile 360 app to enter a product key. You only sign into your Norton Account during the installation process to access a valid subscription.

Have you downloaded the program unto the phone?

If a Comcast customer who had their Comcast Norton deactivated, uninstall it in Apps on the Android phone and then see the instructions above.

Open Norton 360 Mobile App :
1/ Click on three bars on top left
2/ Click "Help"
3/ Choose "Activate Norton 360 app on Mobile Device"
4/ Choose the option which applies and follow directions
