is their a white list that i can add websites i know are safe when visiting a blocked site

Norton Safe Web extension does not have a "whitelist" feature.
You may submit a dispute.
Norton Safe Web analyzes and rates websites to see how they affect your device.
As a site owner or a site visitor, you can submit the website for the Norton Safe Web rating evaluation.
Please follow the steps below for site rating dispute:
- Go to https://safeweb.norton.com
- Enter the website you want us to evaluate in the search field and press Enter
- Click on "Click here to submit a dispute"
- Enter the required details in the form and click on Submit button

norton need to pull their finger out as its been 6 days now with it being escalated twice and still not sorted .

I have done all that spoke to norton escalated to L2 was looked at today but did nothing . was told to wait another 3 days after being told its 2 days .
they just kept given a different answer to my questions.
but hey its not their website their blocking so its tuff we have to wait

norton now telling me to wait another 48hrs as its with level 2 team but thats whats they said over 48hs ago do im stuck in limbo as to what my next step is if still not sorted in 48hrs
any help would be great

Sorry, I do not have direct access to Norton Safe Web team.
My attempts to call attention are limited to knocking on their door.
No response. I can try knocking on their door, again.
I've read your comments.
I imagine as a site owner...your access far exceeds mine.

The site will not register as its blocked so once its unblocked it may register as my site

Website ownership verification is not needed for website rating review.
Website ownership verification primary goal is to allow the website owners to monitor their websites and get email notifications anytime their website changes NSW rating.
Once a website is verified, the owner may initiate the rating review from the options provided for the website owners. However, the rating evaluation request provides the same flow as for non-owners so it may be faster to submit the website in the NSW portal UI as anybody can.

Fingers crossed it will get changed but its not looking good as been told to wait 24/48 hrs for 7 days now .
