Whitelist of blocked sites

Hello, I am writing to ask about the possibility of adding a new feature to Norton safe web. Specifically, I am looking for the ability to add mislabeled malicious sites to exceptions (whitelisting). This happens to me with a lot of smaller sites that I have vetted and trust. I know it is possible to file an official complaint, but there one has to wait sometimes several days each time.

In my opinion the ideal solution would be to add the option to add the site to your personal whitelist. If this feature would eventually arrive in the Norton safe web, I would be thrilled.

you could visit your respective site in Isolation mode by Sign In to Norton Password Manager

Re: Whitelist of blocked sites

The whitelist suggestion is interesting. But what if you whitelisted a site that was in fact malicious. Maybe you would not, but many would end up trying to blame Norton for allowing the malware into their system. It is easier for Norton to avoid any possible legal entanglements by using the current system.

Re: Whitelist of blocked sites

I wouldn't worry about it if it weren't for cases where I want to log in to my website hosting, for example, but Norton marks the hosting as malicious. When I continue in isolation mode, I am unable to log in. So I have to open a different browser each time that does not have Norton safe web installed and only log in there. It's quite annoying :(
