Who can i explain me How the VPN setting looks like?

I am using Norton 360 protection on all my 3 devices and the VPN of all them are different and when I have any error and the system try to communicate with  Norton the connection go down and display an error. I was hacked already using the Norton protection  and I try to call support but nobody answer my calls. I need a answer because I don't feel comfortable using the product and I'm thinking to change it. for example, in my Iphone the address server is different to my Ipad and Mac and when I google the IP address of my Ipad and Mac said I'm connected with Amazon provider and the region is Montreal or sometimes change to Vancouver and I live in Toronto, Downtown. I am very very concerned about. I hope someone could help me with this issue or at least, Norton support can contact me.

The different IP addresses you get connected to from different devices just depends on what Norton detects as the best connection at the time you are trying to connect to the VPN. Sometimes it will be one fairly close to your actual location, and some times it will be at the other end of the country. I live in Canada and have actually seen the Auto Select feature choose a server in the USA.

The Amazon entry is just one example of a server farm where Norton leases servers to provide the VPN service. There is nothing nefarious going on here.

Ok I got that but why in the VPN settings (IKEv2) on my iPhone, the address server is different that the IP address that appear when I research it on Google. Should be the same? This is on my iPhone Norton IKEv2 settings. In my IPad is happening something different!! The Address server is the same that appear when I research it on Google. So? I don’t know nothing about network but something is wrong here.
