Who do you contact to complain about Norton Support staff ?

I've had good product support in the past but today was the worst...shameful really ، It is unprofessional and there is no window to contact customer service, chat service, or phone numbers, all of them do not work .

My problem is that I replaced my old device with a new device and when I downloaded the applications on the new device, the Norton Mobile app asked me for two-factor authentication, and I did not receive the SMS activation message, and when I contacted there was no response?

Do you have 2FA set up on your Norton Account? If so, did you specify SMS text as the method to use?

Did you set up a secondary contact method? If not, the authentication methods may be getting sent to the old phone. This is the reason to set up at least one secondary method. If you lose the device specified you will be locked out of your account with no way to regain access.

I tried to communicate on the chat page and no one answered

She tried to communicate on social media accounts of no use

Treating customer service is unprofessional and this is the first time you get a problem without help

Currently, I am thinking of if I cannot find a solution by looking for another protection company

When you tried to use the chat support, was it just a long wait for an agent? They do not often reply immediately. You have to wait your turn. The wait times can vary at different times of day. Try contacting Support at different times.
