Re: Why am I being charged twice a year for services?

Please resolve my issue.

Double billed

Billed in May and April with new credit card.

Please send me my April money back. I did not provide my new credit card for this transaction.

Possible that an old subscription automatically renewed. Had to renew in March because my product stopped working. My mobile number to resolve this issue is Melbourne -Australia, [Removed].
