Why am I getting system time changed when it hasn't

Why am I getting an email alert notification that the system time has changed on my Child's device, when it has not.   I look at the time and it's correct and not has not been changed.  This seems to be happening usually when they first log into the computer.  I'd say about twice a week or so.  This also happens from time to time on my daughters laptop as well.  How can I make this stop please?    The kids are on Windows 7    Norton Family  version 3.6.5.37

Is it possible your child changes the time and then changes it back?

It is possible, but I'm pretty certain that they are not, I'm sitting there next to him and her and they are not changing the time.  I can watch them more closely when they log in just in case.  There is no other explanation?

Hi

Is your child's windows account a Standard User or an Administrator?  We recommend you to provide Standard user account so that they won't be able to change the time (requires admin permission).  However they can change the TimeZone, but Norton Family will block the timezone changes (reverts back to the original timezone) and sends a notification to parent.

You can switch off this email notification from Norton Family website.
1. Login to Norton Family Portal https://family.norton.com
2. Go to Child -> Profile Settings.
3. Click on 'Activity Notification Settings'
4. UnSelect 'Device Time or TimeZone is changed'
5. Click on 'Save'
