why cant we withdraw at free will

complete failure no matter time of day , i have tried transacting over the last 24 hrs. monitoring when the lowest fees available to be met with numerous transaction failures , norton will not release funds on there crappy miner because its better if u forget the fact that you lent your pc to mine in a pool n not be able to withdraw when you meet requirements , terrible user experience i have read nothing but negative and tried to ignore it but the red flags are shown

can you provide more details of the amount you are trying to withdraw, what your current values are showing?
