Why do I get too many emails to renew subscriptions?

I am getting too many emails to renew subscriptions when it is not due yet.

my understanding:
Norton renew emails may arrive 30-45 days before term expiry.
Automatic Renewal recurring payment pull may occur 30-45 days before current term expiry.
