Why do I have to re-enter my vault password for each site I visit? Thank you.

Hi tmath1234,
You should be able to open your Vault under Password Manager and go to Settings (the small 'gear-looking' icon at top right).
Once you are on that page, you should see a tick box with narrative 'Always require vault password before filling a login or form' - Make sure that box is unticked and that should do it.

Thank you, but I do the steps you have recommended and there is no narrative of " Always require vault password before filling a login or forum."
Any other ideas would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hi again tmath1234,
I see that bjm_ has replied with screenprints of the steps I mentioned however, from what you are saying, I assume you are talking about using the PW Manager on your cellphone as opposed to your PC Browser ?
If that is the case, if you open one of your saved logons - you will see that on the Cellphone, each login has the 'Vault password required' checkbox individually so that if you are setting up from your cellphone it looks as if you have to check that box each time you set up a new password.

This is a screenview of the cellphone logins after you have clicked on your Norton Icon and Logins.....
Click on Logins and then select an individual Login....
At the bottom, you should see 2 Messages, each with tick boxes :-
Sign me in automatically
Vault Password required
In your case, 'Vault Password required' should not be ticked.
Hope this helps - this is the best I can offer.

What browser? What OS?
Maybe, you run Incognito mode or Private window.
Maybe, you're blocking some secure page content.
Try with Norton Secure VPN off.
Maybe, clear browser cookies n' cache and refresh your Norton Password Manager install.

Password Manager Vault locks in below scenarios:
- When you close your app
- When vault lock times-out, if the app is in background. (you can change this timeout setting on in-app settings page)
TIP to improve experience:
If you have a Biometric (Fingerprint) supported device, you can enroll Biometric (Fingerprint) from your android settings page to seamlessly fill passwords using biometrics.
Please let us know if this addresses your issues.
