I went through chat and was told I needed more online space, so I purchased more. I ran a backup. It completed. But I still have the x marks on my desktop icons. Why?
Could U please upload a screen shot of those x marks? Are U still facing an alert as follows?
If so, plz try updating your Norton product, cleaning out temporary files and then scanning your system in Safe Mode.
If yr issue continues, try updating yr Norton software via LiveUpdate (reboot to make those items take effect) > running Norton AutoFix > running Norton Remove and Reinstall tool.
