Why does it say my VPN subscription canceled?

Why does it say my VPN on subscription sceen, say My VPN was canceled? I did not, how can I get it back? hp laptop windows 10 norton 360 please help,thank you.

Did you have the stand alone VPN? If you have Norton 360 it includes the VPN within that subscription.
