It was appearing on the toolbar, then, for no apparent reason, it isn't. Very annoying!
Please give us some more information so we can assist you. Which Norton Product are you using? Which version (from main page select Support and then About)? Is it a StandAlone version of ID safe? Operating sysatem and browser you are using will also be helpful.
Have you restarted your computer?
Be sure you have run LiveUpdate manually a few times, rebooting as necessary, until no updates are available.
