I'm getting sick and tired of having to buy a new product package every year to get the best price possible.
Norton, if you value your customers you would make the automatic renewal price competitive with retail prices.
It almost appears to me you automatically turn on auto-renewal in hopes you'll get that quadruple renewal price without the customer noticing it.
It sure caught me off guard this last renewal. I usually turn it off then buy a new package the month of expiration.
This time I got sidetracked and forgot to turn it off.
But you guys decide to renew my subscription 6 weeks before it expired instead.
Really, make your renewal competitive with retail. If Retail can sell it at those prices you can too.
I've read the forums and found other posts with this exact question and the answer in one of them was, "Contact Customer Service".
Why should we have to contact customer service to negotiate a lower renewal fee, so you can try and upsell everything?
That's predatory business practice and shameful.
