Screenshots:

I own the domain and there is no trojans.

How do I get this fixed.

I wrote the program loader.exe

Its part of mkv2vob software (very popular video convertor for sony ps3)

its not a virus.

Unfortunately, those links to the images aren't working. Is a file being detected as a threat? If so, I would recommend that you submit the file here:

https://submit.symantec.com/security_risks/dispute/

If the problem is the safety rating of the site in Norton Safe Web, please visit the below site to get the website reviewed in greater detail:

http://safeweb.norton.com/help/site_owners

You can also post your screenshots directly to our forums. See the below link for instructions on uploading them:

Thanks!

hmm imageshack seems to be down, here are the images.

It doesnt appear the exe file is blocked, but the domain name is blocked.

Even trying to open it in internet explorer results in a block.

The domain is listed as green (safe) in safeweb.

Re: Why is my domain blocked as Zbot Trojan?

I have a similar problem in that my internet explorer is trying to go to a domain  just like yours. Norton says its the http zbot trojan domain.  I have kept my  live update going and don't understand how I got it.  Norton blocks the transmission to that site but how do I remove it? Is there a program that will remove it?  Will Norton continue to block it from connecting to that IP address?

Hi 3r1c,

Please run LiveUpdate to update IPS signatures on your client. Definitions past the 10th of July should not trigger on this website.
Do let us know if the problem is persistent after you have the latest available IPS signatures.
