Wifi Privacy Server Selection

I find that the past couple of months, the Wifi Privacy keep selecting the same server on the northeast coast of the United States, while I live on the West coast. The latency is pretty bad and slow. It would be nice to select which region within the US or states you want to connect and show the latency between them. PIA has that feature, Norton should as well.

Have you chosen the US as your virtual location? Try using Auto-Select. That setting allows NWP to choose the virtual location by checking connection stats.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.

Yes. Selecting US always seems to connect me to the North East server, close to Canada BC. I don't understand why. There should be some more decent servers on the west coast.

I tried to disconnect, reconnect, reboot, and it alway seems to connect to the same North East server, according to the map.

Try the Auto - Select for the virtual location. It checks for the best connection available.
