WIN 11 and Norton Secure VPN

Norton Secure VPN is preventing me to use several Microsoft Apps, such as Weather, Store, Feedback Hubs, and etc.

I submitted a ticket to MS with screenshots.  This is so annoying!

Hello DDKCHI. First may we ask if you are running Windows 11 Home version or Pro? Are you running in S Mode? What Norton product do you have installed? Standalone VPN from the MS Windows 11 store?
