Windows at 150% display off-centers Norton message boxes

Running latest Windows 10 Home. Display zoomed to 150% so I can see better.

Norton does not take zoom into account and its message boxes run off the screen so I cannot read them. The box cannot be dragged closer to the center of the screen. What is Norton trying to tell me? I may never know because Norton does not know how to display a message box on a 150% zoomed screen.
