Windows Update = Norton Password Manager not working again

I had a Windows Update yesterday (now Windows 10 Pro, Version: 21H1, OS build: 19043.1526, 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor).  Default browser is Google Chrome, Version 98.0.4758.82 (Official Build) (64-bit).

  This morning: Norton Password Manager not working again.  Selecting "Password Manager" from Norton 360 "Internet Security" tab = Chrome window pops up then disappears.  Opening Chrome then selecting "Norton Password Manager" icon from the browser task bar = new tab pops open then closes.  Go to website link to open Norton Password Manager:  < https://identitysafe.norton.com/csp_vaultaccess.html > = new tab pops open then closes.

Curious, are you 21H1 by choice?

By choice ??  In the sense I haven't upgradeed to Win11 yet . . .

My 21H2 is W10
