Won't let me change my plan so I canceled it instead

Tried for over 30 MINUTES to just change my stupid plan. HOW DO YOU NOT OFFER PLAN CHANGES???? So I just canceled it instead. Going with a different company. RIDICULOUS!!!! Poor customer service and no appreciation for your current customers.
