Works on my home computer, but not on iPad

A few weeks ago, we downloaded the Online Family protection for our home pc.  It's been up and running since and working fine.  I wanted to add the protection to our iPad, so I downloaded the app.  Typed in my login information and it brought up our child's online account, but it doesn't transfer over the settings we've already established on our home PC.  It also doesn't allow us to change anything on the app itself, and doesn't appear to be even running.

For example, on our home PC we have porn sites blocked and it stops you from viewing them.  The iPad doesn't stop you, or even slows you down, it just brings up whatever.  How can I change the settings to block groupings of websites on my iPad?

We have an iPad with iOS 5.1.1.

The program currently doesn't monitor the activities on ISO devices.  The application is being developed now.  For details, please check out the link below.
