Hi wilbarry,

There are Norton employees who monitor these boards - but they do not answer all the questions.. Most of the questions are answered by fellow customers such as myself, and if it is beyond our scope - then the Norton employees jump in.  That said, us customers who assist are volunteers, who donate their time and knowledge to try to assist everyone, and as volunteers we all have an outside the forum life top live!

To answer your question, yes separate vaules - one for you and one for your wife is possible.  Lots of questions to be answered first - to include such basic info as which edition (Standard or Premiere) and which version of N 360 are each of your running?  The version can be found by selecting Support > About from the main page of N 360.

Then we'd need to know if you are running a Local or an Online Vault and also some info in regards to if your 3 computers are tied to the same Norton Account.

Some basic info in regards to an Online Vault is that each vault is tied to a Norton Account, thus you would nned a separate Norton Account for each Online Vault, where as if Local Vaults, they are tied to Windoes User Accounts and are created and handled differently.

Thus the more info you can give us in regards to your setup the better we can assist you, so please provide some addtional info in regards to your setup.

If you have to be signde into your nortona account in order to sign into your Vault it isan Online Vault.

On one of your systems, close your vault, then on the main page of N 360, in the uppr right hand corner where it says "signed in as:"  left click on the email address and select sign out.  Then go back and select Vault is Closed - if it asks for your norton account email address you have an Online Vault.  If it asks for a Vault password only you are on a Local Vault.
