Want to remove Norton Password entirely from both my PC and Iphone and go back to passwords that I have created without using Norton PW. Please provide step by step if possible? Thanks.

Norton Password Manager browser extension may be disabled &or removed the same as any browser extension.
Are you asking about removing the data stored in your vault?
You can delete your vault from the Norton Password Manager browser extension. When you delete a vault, all of the Password Manager data that are stored in the vault is permanently removed. If you think that you may use your vault data at a later time, do not delete your vault.
To delete your Norton Password Manager vault, select one of the following:

Norton Password Manager cloud vault does not require Norton product subscription.
Norton account does not require Norton product subscription.

On the iPhone, just uninstall the Norton Password Manager app. Hold your finger on the app's icon until you see 'x's on the icons. Tap the x on the Norton Password Manager icon and choose to delete the app.
But as bjm_ notes, the password manager data is stored on Norton's servers in your Norton Account.
