Wrong billing amount

On automatic renewal, I was billed the wrong amount.  I deleted Norton Privacy Monitor Assistant which is $99.99.  I received a confirmation this billing information was changed.  I will deduct it $99.99 from my statement.

To correct a billing error you will need to contact Norton Support.   If using the chat function, as soon as you can enter any information, enter "agent please". That will get you out of the chat bot and connected to a human.
