"You lost backup protection!"

I received a trial of the online backup, and subscribed for another year.  I now have this message stating that I lost the original 5GB trial, even though I have a 25GB subscription.

Hi,

Well, the technician remoted into my machine & registered my product & assured me that it was taken care of.  Well today the message is back. :-(

I dont have time for another remote session tonight, so i guess it will have to wait.
