Your connection is not private

I use Google Chrome and whenever I open a page I get the following message:-

Your connection is not private

Attackers might be trying to steal your information from community.norton.com (for example, passwords, messages or credit cards).

NET::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID

No matter what page it is it that I open it just puts that name (ie FaceBook, Ebay etc) and I cant go any further so I have to use Explorer which has no problems.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled google but no help and I cant find a solution on Norton Help anywhere.

Can anyone offer some advice

Cheers

Sue

Re: Your connection is not private

Sounds like something is tampering with your root certificates or SSL/TLS in chrome. I'm not sure of a non-technical way to fully check it out.
