Your software is damaging our business
We discovered 22 days ago that Norton was suddenly blocking users from visiting our site because of alleged viruses.
All other anti-virus software, Google and various other online site virus checkers show that the site is safe. I reviewed the pages in question and found nothing wrong with them.
I was advised to post a request for re-evaluation, which I did on Sept. 4. The re-evaluation report still says "in progress" 22 days later.
What do we need to do to get a response and solution?
