ZOHO Corp representing themselves as technical arm of NORTON

I received an email with a Norton renewal invoice. When I contacted them at number provided to discuss and make changes the foreign speaking person indicated they were with ZOHO Corp and began trying to lead me through entries on my desk top. I smelled a rat and mentioned I wanted to be cautious of all the scams on the internet. They immediately disconnected. Does anyone else have any experience or knowledge about ZOHO corp?
