Norton Family - Cannot Monitor Apps on Samsung J3

My son has NF installed on his Samsung J3 smartphone and NF seems to work alright. However, the phone does not show up on the web dashboard under my sons devices. Only his laptop is being shown as monitored.  When wanting to look at the monitored apps I get the message "XXX is not connected with any device that allows the monitoring of apps".

This monitoring worked fine on my sons previous Samsung S4 mini.

How can I fix this?

Hi neven,

Can you please follow the instructions in the link below trying to install Norton Family again on the Android device? If it still doesn't show up in your Norton Family account,

1. Can you please send me your Norton Family account email address by private message via the forum by clicking Inbox at upper right hand corner?

2. Do you see any errors or any indications that the installation is not successful?
