Incomplete Information in End-of-Life announcement for 'Norton Family Freemium'

End-of-Life announcement for Norton Family Freemium

documents "How does this announcement affect my existing Norton Family free subscription?"

The post however completely misses the point that Norton Family may or is already bundled with another Norton product such as Norton Security Permium. This type of information is valuable to existing customers as it prevents them from becoming confused and may support prospects that may be guided to a more valuable solution.

Kind regards, PhL

Re: Incomplete Information in End-of-Life announcement for 'Norton Family Freemium'

Hello phl. The statement says " We have provided a complimentary upgrade to Norton Family Premier to your account for 6 months. At the end of that time, you may renew your Norton Family Premier subscription, but no further action is required for you to keep your current Norton Family features until then." This means customers will get the NF premium features for free for 180 day then must renew the subscription.

If you already have a multi-device premium subscription you are not affected by the "free" version scenario as it already has the family premier features available under one subscription and its expiration/renewal.
