Absturz

Seit dem Update von gestern auf Version 5.12.0.210629004 unter Android 11 auf Samsung Galaxy S21s zwei Fehler.

Wenn ich im Menü auf Protokolldatei klicke stürtz Norton sofort ab im Menü Internetsicherheit sind die Browser Grau.

So mit kann ich auch nicht den Update verlauf  usw. kontrollieren.

So ist die App eigentlich unbrauchbar obwohl ich dafür bezahlt habe.

Neuinstallation hat auch nichts gebracht.

Since yesterday's update to version 5.12.0.210629004 under Android 11 on Samsung Galaxy S21s, two errors.

When I click on Log File in the menu, Norton immediately crashes in the Internet Security menu, the browsers are gray.

So with I can't control the update process etc.

So the app is actually unusable even though I paid for it.

Reinstallation did not bring anything.

This issue is known to Norton. It only affects the 360 app when you try to view the Activity Log. As long as you do not try to view the logs, the app will still function normally. The work around for now is to not look at the Activity Logs until an update becomes available for your 360 app.

Dieses Problem ist Norton bekannt. Sie wirkt sich nur auf die 360 App aus, wenn Sie versuchen, das Aktivitätsprotokoll anzuzeigen. Solange Sie nicht versuchen, die Protokolle anzuzeigen, funktioniert die App weiterhin normal. Sehen Sie sich die Aktivitätsprotokolle vorerst nicht an, bis ein Update für Ihre 360-App verfügbar ist.

This issue has been resolved. Please update your 360 app and test.
