Secure VPN software downloading in error

Norton360 main dashboard displays an error msg "download failed" on the Secure VPN software downloading. If I try to download it directly from the web site. I "only" download N360Downloader which, when executed , displays a msg "N360 correctly installed" ...
Could someone give me a clue on this one ?
