Nach neuinst W10 wird Norton360 nicht mit Installation fertig

Hallo brauche Dringent Support,

Nach neuinstalation von Windows 10 läst sich Norton nicht Instalieren es laufen seit Tage zwei Processe

und im Fenster steht Instalation läuft ab nix passiert,

ich möchte mein Backup zurück holen es ist auf eine ext USB-Platte gesichert , habe trotz Adminrechte keinen

Zugriff auf den Ordner
