Norton 360 + malwarebytes = win 10 task host window STOP

As I have installed the last Norton360 (full new install, after i have deinstalled the old version before), I have got an win10 shutdown problem now.

I have malwarebytes premium parallel.

Till this date (one month before) all was okay. Many years long...

Now I get the "task host window" STOP, every time, when i shuddown my win10.

What is the problem here? What can/must I do now???
