They have passed me a payment of 99,99€, in advance, because my subscription expires in two months, in September. I have been trying all morning to chat and contact Norton and it is impossible.
They redirect you again and again to their own pages, to get nowhere. Contacting an agent on the chat is mission impossible. You are put on hold forever.
Is this normal?
Is there an email to contact customer service?
Another way to request a refund?
