Unkontrollierte Browserstarts werden nicht erkannt

Something starts internet browsers of all kinds on my LG G8S smartphone with Android 10 and opens phishing sites and others. For example, 10-20 tabs are sometimes created overnight in Chrome.

I once installed Norton 360 on it and had it on for several weeks without anything being found or removed.

All scans were unsuccessful.

At the moment I have deactivated or uninstalled all Internet browsers, and Trivago has also started. But something essential is missing as a result.

I don't feel like reinstalling because of the amount of data such as offline maps and pictures.

Why doesn't Norton find that?

Without knowing what is causing the issue it is impossible to say why Norton did not catch it. And if you installed 360 after the browser issue was already running, Norton did not have a chance to block it in the first place.

It looks like you may have picked up a PUA, a Possibly Unwanted App. While they are annoying, they do not cause damage to your system. Some people actually want the 'Features' offered by these programs. They are usually downloaded alongside a legitimate download when you do not uncheck the option for the additional download.

Norton products concentrate on malware that can damage your system, that is why some PUAs are not detected.

If scanning your device with Norton 360 finds nothing, I would suggest a second opinion scan with Malwarebytes.  https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.malwarebytes.antimalwa...  The free version should be sufficient as a second opinion on demand scanner.
