Oct. 5 was last pay out October 5, 2021 3:52:19 AM Mining Payout 0.004016222768 ETH , Oct 4 th payout October 4, 2021 4:21:16 AM Mining Payout 0.004029530986 ETH, Oct 3 October 3, 2021 4:04:10 AM Mining Payout 0.004011542828 ETH, Oct 1 October 1, 2021 6:54:50 PM Mining Payout 0.004165042725 ETH, Sept 28 September 28, 2021 5:38:43 PM Mining Payout 0.011231900201 Sept 17 September 17, 2021 4:25:14 PM Mining Payout 0.004389881463. How can you mine for hours with O increase ? At a very high Hash rate ?

My ETH amount has not gone up since 4 am this morning...both the app and the website show no change. So it has been unchanged for the last six hours.

Hello to whom this may concern, I reinstalled my Norton as I was told from Norton Lifelock but it took three re-installs to get the mining to show up and start mining. I mined for half the day my GPU was processing and mining but my unpaid balance never moved and then it increased later in the evening, but I feel it was not as near the unpaid balance that I should have been paid after mining all day in fact since I reinstalled Norton Lifelock my hash rates never go over 37 MH/s I use to have hash rates of 90-120-400 MH/s and 556 MH/s at times. Can you tell me why now it is taking 7 days to mine 0.004 ETH when before it was only taking me 3-4 days at the higher hash rates. I have been using an Ethereum mining pool calculator and put in my hash rate average of 36.787356 MH/s and in one week I should have mined 0.005156 of Ethereum but instead after one week I only have mined 0.003903 Ethereum. Please tell me what I am doing wrong and how to fix this to get my higher hash rates back up again. Last night at 10:30 PM before bed, as I always do i write down my unpaid balance to see how much progress i make overnight. I wrote down my unpaid balance and it was 0.004175680631 this morning at 9:30 AM it showed 0.004175680631and again not getting paid. This may seem like a coincidence but I have said it before and I will say it again, here we have Ethereum going up in price and these problems happens every time it does. Also why is my video card still mining in the back ground and i am not getting paid again. Here are my specs Windows 11 PRO Intel Core i7-9700KF Processor 3.6GHz NVIDIA R.T.X. 2080 8GB GDDR6 16GB DDR4 RAM 500GB NVME SSD

I have reached the point where this is either a weekly or bi-weekly event that happens with Norton Crypto. I should not have to uninstall/reinstall my software to get this to work properly. I watch my hashrate change. I watch my Unpaid Mining Balance sit at the same amount. The last time this happened, at the end of September, I do recall a Global Community Administrator stating the following:

"We are actively working on an issue where the pending payout appears to be not getting accumulated. This is purely a display issue and the miners are still accruing balance when they are in the active mining state.  The Hash rate and the miner state should continue to work as expected.

Sorry, after it went back to actively showing my Unpaid Balance actually working, it accrued from the point it was stuck at and 2 to 3 days worth of mining never materialized. In other words, I pay for this software including Crypto. It is not working as intended. I am using my GPU and electricity to mine Ethereum for their company. To me, this whole process and setup is nothing more then a $c@m.

The team is actively working towards rectifying the issue and the ETA for the resolution is next week where the pending payout will jump up corresponding to the accrued balance.

When will that take place? I have yet to see that happen from the last time this happened.

Thank you for your patience as we continue to resolve this."

They are providing us with ZERO explanation as why we are Mining for HOURS with Miner Status : Active plus it even show the Hash Rate like it is Mining But ZERO Progress. I am about to connect my Laptop with my usb Capture card and Record my Mining PC as Proof every time this happens. This is Unacceptable.

ETH just went up after almost 12 hours at O , Hash rate 

MINING

369.07 MH/s it went up 

0.000030955105 ETH

Minimum Payout

0.004 ETH, That is not what it should be at that  hash rate ! It did not adjust. I've had Pay outs in less then 24 hours.  3 gpu's , 2 rtx3090 s and  1 rtx2080 ti.

ETH just went up again . MINING 479.22 MH/s, 0.000072791933 ETH it working for now, But how about all the unpaid mining ?

Wow this laughable. Was Norton Systems offline or something? Like I said Zero Explanation. User out here Mining Nothing But Air For Hours. Just Sad.

There has been a lot of dead mining time, I figure I've lost at least 30-40 hrs mining time with no increase. I used it about a month with periods of it shut down due to being away or when I do see the dead time. 

I finally stopped mining after I watched with my own eyes the balance go from .00362xxx to 00358xxx.  I immediately jumped on the cloud balance and it had dropped also; killed the miner since I didn't want it to drop again.  That was the afternoon of Oct 7th (reported it) after it had been increasing fairly quickly that day, BAM!..a decrease!!  Wow!  I have not started again since and probably won't until I stop seeing posts of this nature.  Watch it close if you are going to continue mining, god knows how many times it has decreased when you don't see it.

Also, as many have mentioned, we never did get that 'jump' in balance we had been promised. But....oddly enough, since I shut mine down I did get a small paltry increase; 0.000000718961.  No where near the jump of all the dead hours.
