How often does Norton Crypto's fees taken out?

Are Norton's crypto fees taken out at each payout to my wallet (which seems to occur about every 2-3 weeks for me) or only when I transfer my coins to coinbase?

If I remember right it is when the payout to the wallet occurs. Then when you transfer to coinbase you will encounter their transfer fees.

You will also have other gas fees for the Etherium network.
