I recently bought a new computer. How do i get the miner on the new computer?

I recently bought a new computer. My old computer has the crypto miner on it.

how do i get the miner on the new computer?? I've looked everywhere

My Account-- has no tile, also hasn't asked if i want to try

new computer has nvidia 3060ti 8gb

Norton marks these GPU cards as not viable for mining. While they are designed to be good at gaming, they are expressly set to be LHR (Lite Hash Rate) and unsuitable for crypto mining.

These two cards (GeForce RTX 3070 and GeForce RTX 3060) both are marked as LHR

if you want to look up your exact card, first find the vendor ID and device ID, first find the device ID with one of these links:

NVidia

AMD

then use: https://www.pcilookup.com/ to see the full description

Have you installed 360 on the new computer? If so, look in the My Norton interface for any Crypto options. If your computer supports it, it should be showing somewhere. You might have to scroll down the features to see all of the features.

I guess I should have been more specific.

yes i installed norton 360 on the new computer. Desktop Dell xps, 11th gen I-7 8 core 16gb cache, 32GB DDR, nvidia 3060ti 8gb, 1 TB ssd + 1 tb hdd

there is nothing in reference to crypto anywhere on "My Norton"

the crypto tile should be part of the dashboard of the N360 windows at the top; if it's not there, it's possible your graphics card is not supported, however, an NVidia 3060 should be

uninstall / reinstall will not solve it, there must be something different about the card you are using that we do not recognize "yet"

I reinstalled installed Norton 360 on the same PC that had a working crypto tile before the upgrade. I upgraded my GPU from NVIDIA 1080ti to NVIDIA 3070 . Desktop MSI Aegis, i7- 7700K, 4.2GHz 64GB DDR

there is nothing in reference to crypto anywhere on "My Norton" 

My Norton has no Crypto tile, also hasn't asked if i want to try.  My email address is being PM'd to you.
