I subscribed to Norton Utilities Ultimate in March. When I came to process Payroll using Moneysoft Payroll, Norton blocked my data from submissions to HMRC. Disaster! Moneysoft Ltd said they had had this problem with other users. The only way I could get my HMRC submissions to work was to completely uninstall Norton and all its files. Therefore I have not had the standard Norton protection since March, and will not be renewing. I should be entitled to a refund of the £7.65 I paid for Norton Utilities Ultimate and the 3 months I have not had protection from Norton 260, not to mention the waste of my time in sorting out this huge problem. It is impossible to find a phone number or useable email address for Norton.
