Hello Jimbo41. The error you saw is caused by a number of things. Web browsers not correctly setup. A webserver is misconfigured, preventing you from performing a function on a website. A website could be undergoing maintenance. The list is long. What specifically are you doing when this error occurs? What OS are you using and what is your default web browser?

Hi,
Sorry for the late response. This can be closed. I thought that the program that I purchased for my laptop could be used on my desktop but I guess the license is only for one PC. What's interesting is that it installed the extension on my desktop and another error message which was not proper English reference only 1 pc for use. Please use ENGLISH! Thanks SA for you help, now on to another forum here on Norton to report another issue with flagging a valid file for Revo Uninstaller.
