Norton 360 won't clean Chrome

Norton 360 doesn't do any file cleanups for Chrome "Version 102.0.5005.63 (Official Build) (64-bit)".

I have uninstalled and re-installed.  I have updated until there are no new updates.

No error messages appear.

P.S.  Norton Utilities Premium 21.4.6.565 doesn't show anything related to Chrome, either.

FWIW!! Norton also doesn't clean caches on Edge nor Opera GX ( Chromium based gaming browser ) on my machines. Opera has never been listed as my default browser although, its set in Windows as such. I believe the issue is with Chrome itself and the way Norton would inject into Chrome to perform what Chrome should do on its own within its settings. Have a look at this former post by Guru's bjm_ and peterweb for a possible resolution.

Thank you for trying to help.  As you can see, Fast Startup is/was already disabled.

Since my original post, I have installed and tried Firefox.  Same problem.  Then I tried MS Edge.  Again the same problem.  There is something wrong with 360.

If there are any other settings you need to see to help with the diagnosis, just let me know (tell me step-by-step where to find them) and I will gladly post them.

I have a similar problem on two devices with Chrome and Windows 11. I run Smart Scan and at the Advanced Issues Screen, when I select "View Solution" I get a blank screen. How do I make Smart Scan Clean these files?
