Norton Anti-Track not working and first attempt to start failed.

My Norton 360 LifeLock Anti-Track feature showed, in My Norton, that it needed to be activated. First attempt failed, so I clicked Get Help which told me to try a command prompt "appwiz.cpl" which did NOT ACTUALLY show that it was already installed which I could click to Uninstall. Is there another way to fix Anti-Track?

Anti Track is a separate product that you have to subscribe to and install. It is not included in your 360 subscription.

What you see in the My Norton is an ad to try to sell you on this add on.

Can you share a screen shot? Did you install Norton Anti-Track? the command prompt you indicate above is to show the add/remove panel from Microsoft.

Matt Boucher, thanks for getting involved.

My installation was only for Norton 360 LifeLock, not specifically for Norton Anti-track.

In the My Norton screen I tried to activate it and the failure occurred, I did not take a screen shot.
