Unable to login into Norton Password app on Iphone

While setting up the vault I dis not creat a password or pin as I was using my Face Id from iPhone. Upon trying to reset the password I get a message as below: Secure vault was setup automatically - use mobile app to setup your password How do i get back in? I have all my passwords saved in there

Are you able to log in at all with the mobile app?
