Since the new Norton 360 update my PC is not working well.

Hello , Here I bought NORTON 360 for 5 computers and during the first month no problems NORTON 360 was very fast and the VPN too. But since I made a LIVE UPDATE I received a new version of NORTON 360 which causes big problems. The VPN has taken a very long time to find a server and the antivirus is very slow in daily use. Can you help me and explain to me why since this update NORTON 360 no longer works as well as before? Thank you .

Please run Norton LiveUpdate until no updates + Restart (not Shut down) machine.  Repeat.

Please turn off Windows Fast Startup. W10 [here] W11 [here]. 
Please turn off Hibernate.   
After Windows Updates - confirm Windows Fast Startup & Hibernate are off.

and if reported issue persists: 

Please download and run Norton Remove and Reinstall tool [here] from Windows admin user account. 
Please run Norton Remove and Reinstall tool -> Advanced Options -> Remove Only
Please clear out Norton remnants [here] before fresh install.

I want to thank you for your help!
unfortunately I still have slowness problems with NORTON 360 and especially with the VPN.
I switched to WINDOWS 11 but that didn't help me, on the contrary, Windows 11 is even more demanding than Windows 10 and my PC is struggling to keep up. However, I have average game hardware that should run Windows 11 without problems.
I just found Norton 360 for Gamers, I didn't know it existed and I'm seriously considering switching to this version of NORTON.
