Privacy Monitor - when will I get the following? - "Our Member Services & Support team is currently processing opt-out requests on your behalf. We’ll notify you via email in 2-3 weeks when your case is complete."

I subscribed to Privacy Monitor - did a scan on 8/3/22. The site says "Our Member Services & Support team is currently processing opt-out requests on your behalf. We’ll notify you via email in 2-3 weeks when your case is complete."

Have not received anything. What and when should I expect it?
