I have been charged $149.99 by NortonLifeLock Singapore Pte. Ltd for an automatic payment which I did not request. I have requested a refund through support but no response.

There is no one here in the forums that can access your Norton Account.

How did you request the refund?

Did you actually have a conversation with an agent?
