Missing subscription info

I have a subcription, which will expire soon.  I had an automatic renewal that triggered bank account as fraud.  I changed my payment info, and have also tried to purchase a new subscription (which my bank account says went through .  I cannot find anything that says what my subscription is, how many days it has (old or new subscription), nothing.  But it says I am active and protected.  I have had Norton for many years and have never had this kind of trouble.  I also don't want to have another automatic payment taken out by accident (since none of this is resolved) but since there is not info to be found I don't get an option to stop automatic renewal.  Very frustrated.

Re: Missing subscription info

If your payment was accepted you should gave received an email receipt with your subscription information. Check you spam/junk folder to see if it is there.

Re: Missing subscription info

No email receipt and no subscriptions show, but status says active and protected.

Re: Missing subscription info

Active and protected shows you have a subscription that is current. To check that your renewal went through, open the classic 360 interface and click on Help > Subscription Status. That will show how many days remaining on your subscription.

If your 360 opens to the new My Norton interface, click on Open beside Device Security to open the classic interface.
