Norton Backup restoration process

Deleted and resored Windows 11.  Now trying to figure out how to restore my backup.  Please help.  I see the backup info but no way to know how to restore.

You need to install your 360 product on the fresh Windows install. Sign into your Norton Account from within the 360 app. Then follow the instructions in this Norton Support article.   https://support.norton.com/sp/en/ca/home/current/solutions/v6958542
